Sources: We
find funding sources
who are interested in financing commercial real estate and other projects.
The funding sources we find
provide debt and equity capital to the clients, and for the projects, we
represent. Funding sources include, but are not limited to,
international commercial
banks, investment banks, private equity groups, hedge funds, pension funds,
insurance companies and private individuals.
Clients
(Borrowers):
We help
international and domestic U.S. developers and entrepreneurs
with projects requiring investment (debt or equity) capital. Typically, clients have a large-scale commercial real estate,
or other
project in mind, often beginning as a broad concept, design, feasibility study,
executive summary or plan, eventually executed in phases or stages (land acquisition,
infrastructure, development, sales). We help our clients find the funding (and
sometimes the partners) for
each stage of the process.
Process:
We review a client's executive summary, operating financials and project ideas,
determine the type of financing that best meets the project goals, and then
find the appropriate funding sources. Our proven process results in the most competitive
and appropriate financing structure, interest rates,
and payment programs for the clients we represent.
