current appraisal, a brief executive summary, financial statements, projections, entitlements, project
phase plans and, most important, developer team resumes and financial statements.
Deposits: Lenders normally require a good faith deposit up front to cover
due-diligence fees (travel expenses for an international transaction) and to
demonstrate borrower seriousness and ability to close a transaction.
